Existing Patients

If you are an existing patient and need to make, cancel or change an appointment, please contact us at 404-351-0205 and press option "5" or you may email us at appointment@mscatl.org If you are canceling or changing an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

New Patients

MSCA is committed to seeing all MS patients regardless of economic status. If you would like to make an appointment to see one of our physicians, please contact us at (404) 351-0205 and press option "4" or you may email us at appointment@mscatl.org. Please note that physician referrals are the responsibility of the patient. Please make sure you understand the requirements of your insurance policy. The Center is committed to providing comprehensive care to MS patients with consideration given to the financial impact the treatment will have on the patient and their family. Patient Assistance is provided to qualified established patients through funds and resources available at the Center and throughout the community. Please refer to our Patient Registration Form.

Please ask your primary care physician to fax your referral to us at 404-351-4187.

If you are canceling or changing an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

After you have scheduled your initial appointment, we will mail you a New Patient Packet approximately two weeks prior to your visit. The packet will contain a map, directions and several forms needed for your initial appointment. Please bring the completed forms with you.
