Our case manager, Deborah Means, graduated from UGA with her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1993. Since then, she’s worked with spinal cord injury and MS patients in all aspects of disability and disease management. She helps people with employment retention, short and long-term disability issues, insurance problems, and everything in between. She is a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC), certified case manager (CCM), and certified disability management specialist (CDMS).
